To Access Basic Account Services |

Log-In - Enter your User ID followed by the #Key, then your PIN followed by the #Key. |

Setting up your User ID & PIN The User ID and PIN you create will give you secure access to the SVB accounts tied to your social security number. Please make record of them in a safe place. You will only be required to do this the first time you log-in to Telephone Banking 1) Enter an account number then hit the # Key 2) Enter your social security or tax ID number then hit the # Key. 3) Create User ID - choose a unique 6 to 20 digit then hit the # Key. 4) Create PIN - choose a unique 4 to 10 digit number then hit the # Key. CONGRATULATIONS! You’ve now completed setting up Telephone Banking access for your accounts. You will be immediately transfered to Basic Account Services. Don't forget to write your User ID and PIN Numbers in a safe place. |
