CASH MANAGER
The SVBusiness Cash Manager provides all Internet Banking services and more for a small monthly fee. Cash Manager is conveniently built into your SVBusiness Online Banking Service. Request Cash Manager if your needs require multiple users with varying levels of access to your accounts, or if you need online access to any of the following Cash Manager Modules:*
Basic Service
SVB's Basic Cash Manager allows you to assign varying levels of account access to multiple users. For example, you may grant a user access to view accounts but not to transfer funds. The Basic Service module is required if any of the other modules are selected.
Payroll
Use the Payroll module to facilitate your payroll direct deposit. You direct the ACH credit transaction to your employees’ accounts. Your payroll transactions can be imported from any NACHA formatted file, or you can maintain the files on your Cash Manager system.
Positive Pay
This fraud detection tool verifies items that present for payment against your account by verifying them against information you provide to us each day you issue checks.
Collections
Those of you with high volume collections, such as monthly dues, will appreciate the convenience of our Cash Manager Collections module. The Collections module creates ACH debits to your customers’ accounts. ACH transactions can be imported from any NACHA formatted file.
EFTPS Tax Payments
The EFTPS Tax Payment module is used to send EFTPS payments to both the Federal and State governments. You are responsible for notifying the government agency of the transaction.
ACH Payments
Use the ACH Payments module to send ACH credits to individuals or to other businesses.
ACH Receipts
Use the ACH Receipts module to send ACH debits to individuals or to other businesses.
Wire Transfer Requests
Send wire transfers to any bank within the United States with the Wire Transfer Request module. The service charge for outgoing domestic wires sent through your Cash Manager Wire Transfer Request Module is discounted by $5.00.
International Wire Transfer Requests
Send wire transfers to another country in any currency with the International Wire Transfer Requests module. The service charge for outgoing International wires sent through your Cash Manager International Wire Transfer Request Module is discounted by $5.00.
