Scott Valley Bank’s Optimizer Time Certificate of Deposit offers you the flexibility to make unlimited deposits, in increments of $1,000 or more, and the option to take one penalty-free withdrawal, up to 50% of the principal, at any time after the first 30 days of the term of your certificate.  Your Optimizer CD allows you to "optimize" your investment by adjusting the rate to current interest rates one time during the term of your certificate - simply request that your rate be "bumped."

• $5,000 minimum opening deposit
• Deposits of $1,000 or more allowed during the term with same maturity date
• 6, 12, and 18 month terms
• Fixed rate with one rate bump allowed per term
• If additional deposits have increased certificate balance into a higher interest rate category, your one-time rate bump request will adjust your certificate to the applicable category.
• Compounded daily
• Interest paid monthly, quarterly, or at maturity
